WHY FORT KNOX LENDING: You have many options for your loan scenarios.  Some of those options are brokering directly to a bank.  Some options include brokering your loan to another mortgage banker.  At Fort Knox Lending we combine the possibilities of mortgage banks and mortgage brokers.  Our staff is experienced and dedicated to helping you find a resource and fund your loan.  Unlike many mortgage banks or brokers, we are looking for ways to help your loan to fund, not ways for your loan to be denied.  

WHAT YOUR CLIENT MUST KNOW: We will issue you a loan decision.  Your client will also receive documents from a lender indicating that their file is in loan process. They will receive a Truth In Lending and Good Faith Estimate.  The lender name will likely be different than Fort Knox Lending.  Your borrower must know that you have delivered the loan to a conduit source that is searching for the best possible terms for them.  We will always provide the direct communication to you and your borrower. You will never have to deal with the lender or bank that the loan is delivered to on the secondary market.  Let our professionals guide you to the very best loan!
